We will try our very best to accommodate you, but arriving late for a service can mean you limiting the time of your treatments. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Yes, we have free parking on-site.

The use of the Sauna is at the discretion of each guest. Anyone with health conditions such as cardiac or respiratory conditions, high or low blood pressure, or any other health conditions, should use the sauna with a physician’s approval. Pregnant Women are prohibited to use the Sauna. Please note: The Sauna is not a complimentary amenity, and is only available in our specified packages. The Hydropool is for private use only, and is not open to any guests/clients.

You will be able to put your belongings in a secure place. However, we do recommend you leave your jewelry and valuables at home.

If you have a body scrub or body wrap treatment booked, please do not shave 24 hrs in advance. Please make sure you are hydrated before and after body wrap treatments.
