Covid-19 Protocol

We have put strict protocols and measures in place to ensure the safety of everyone entering the spa.

Appointment Limitations

  • We will only be booking 2 appointments per day.

  • Less amount of bookings per day, allows us to ensure that the spa is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned between appointments.

Client Screening & Requirements

  • Clients must show proof of vaccination upon their arrival to the spa.

  • Clients will also have their temperatures checked at the door, before being allowed in the spa.

  • Clients will need to sanitize their hands before sitting down.

  • Clients will be required to wear a mask/facial covering for their entire appointment.

  • There will also be a COVID-19 checklist that each client will need to complete.

  • Showers will not be available at this time.

Increased Sanitation Practices

  • We will be using hospital grade disinfectants such as Pre-empt.

  • The spa, including client touch points will be disinfected throughout the day.

  • There will also be hand sanitizers placed throughout the spa facility, available for clients and staff.


  • Staff will have their temperature checked at the beginning of their shift.

  • All staff will be required to wear PPE for the entire appointment.

  • Our entire staff is certified in Infection Control.

Social Distancing

  • Every one of our appointments has always been private; and that will remain the same.

  • During your spa retreat, there will be no other clients at the spa.
